Established in 2011 by Jarrad Hutcheson, Top Course WA Pty Ltd started as a quality driven bricklaying and feature limestone render company based in the South West region of Western Australia.

After completing a Diploma of Building and Construction in 2021, Jarrad became a Registered Building Practitioner and Top Course WA Pty was registered as a building company.

Currently Jarrad is working with Home Integrity to offer Building and Timber Pest Inspections for new and existing homes.
